When you’re trying to manifest when depressed it can be a struggle especially if it feels like life has you down and you have no way to get back up and you feel like you’ve been kicked down over and over and things feel hopeless, The steps outlined should help you be up the feel a little bit more grounded and help you figure out how to connect to yourself and work on the manifestation process.
1.)Processing all of your emotions
Processing all of your emotions is a challenge a lot of the time and many people think that when it comes to manifesting you just need to think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions.
In reality that’s not the case oftentimes, if you don’t end up processing your emotions and you end up pushing them down they’re still there, they’re not going away even if you try to mask it with happiness you’re still focusing on the negative while assuming everything is going to be a fine and you just need to feel happy through it.
A lot of the time we don’t want to cope with difficult emotions, oftentimes we try to avoid or suppress them. Which in turn makes things work so what are a few simple ways to process these negative and unwanted emotions?
- First you need to acknowledge the unwanted emotions
- Take the time to figure out the key factors of the negative emotions and what is the main cause or source of them?
- Taking care of basic needs, make sure to do the basics like showers, sleep, sunlight among other things.
- Journaling is a powerful way to let go of some of the unwanted pain.
- Make a gratitude list
2.)Accepting The Depression
Acceptance of depression is a challenge but denying your current feelings can make it worse and exacerbate the pain of your depression. The biggest thing you need to realize is a feeling but it isn’t the full story, it’s just a part of something you’re going through. Another factor is taking care of yourself and having patience, judging yourself and being aggressive only makes the matters worse and can really begin to separate yourself from manifestation.
3.)Find the Moments That Can Make You Happy
When you want to manifest I think it’s important to help you along with the manifestation to find joy in things, this obviously is not an easy task and can be challenging to find. When depressed, finding things that put you in a good mood and gets you more aligned in that place to make it more likely to manifest and the goal is not to stop trying to be depressed but rather find things to shift your energy slightly without trying to completely alter it and embrace it.
In Summary:
Depression doesn’t have to be a thing that stops you from achieving what you desire, navigating it can be a struggle. Within time you can still manifest things and it may take a lot longer than it would normally be without depression. It is hard to remember but its important to also have extra patience with yourself during the process and not to beat yourself up during these practices.
